The framework involves six important steps. these include: mission, vision, and strategy; governance and leadership; service delivery and impact; strategic relationships; resource development; and internal operations and management. Thirdly, we develop a team approach to capacity building in order to gain important commitment to all participants. Finally, we undertake four simple capacity building activities such as assessment, action planning, action plan implementation, and evaluation and learning.
