Training Evaluation Training is an important part of knowledge acquisition ad dissemination. This process not only enables different knowledge experts to interact with each other's ideas, it also empowers trainees to gain and utilize such knowledge for the benefit of the audiences they influence and for their own programs. In order to to understand whether such knowledge is necessary or important for the participants, questionnaires are often introduced to enable different persons to gain access to the trainees views. However, this is not often enough without a clear academic and professional query of the responses and a clear report that can serve to enhance community growth and knowledge expansion. We undertake important training evaluation for our clients. Our team accomplishes this process by undertaking Post-Ante, Mid-level, and Ex-post project evaluation of activities of the client's entity. This process involves having discussions with staff, trainees, and facilitators in both programmatic and experience levels of different individuals within a specified period of time to determine the impact of a given activity or project. In doing so, we establish critical areas of improvement and other benefits that the activity or project of the entity under evaluation accrues for the client. We deploy experts with knowledge specific skills for the give field in order to ensure maximum satisfaction of the client. We provide end-products such as reports, manuals, and curriculum to help our clients engage in a complete evaluation of their work
Field Surveys Field Surveys are critical in enhancing the development of the capacities of an organization or a group of experts to launch important special interest projects or evaluate the outcome of their own activities after a period of time. While they do not provide detailed orientation of the needs or the eventual impact, they offer a glimpse into these needs and impacts as the case may apply. Our clients often require proposal writing and project development that come as a result of participant observation of their areas of interest. However, the greatest challenge in the process is establishing the correct figures to work with and the level of involvement to initiate in a location prior to beginning an intervention. A similar situation happens after an intervention with significant impact in place. At this stage it is important to establish how much has been achieved after the project and whether more action is necessary. We undertake field surveys on behalf of clients in order to enhance the client's information and knowledge base for the execution of the projects in place. Moreover, the surveys focus on the views of beneficiaries, the actions of the project, and the activities intended or activities carried out in the course of the project. Once you identify the audience, we conduct the survey, create the context for the survey, and evaluate the research for you.
Community Mapping Highlighting and understanding the people, physical features, institutions, and organizations within a given location is an important part of creating a meaningful service project. The process of mapping the details of a community's living environment and circumstances is important because it enables participatory appraisal of the needs of the community. This enables project partners and other stakeholders to consider the best interventions that enable people to engage in the process of developing different projects. In East Africa one encounters a new community (culture, tribe, resource base and geographical realities) almost every 100-200 kilometers. This provides significant complexities for promoters of different projects. It is therefore important to understand these subject specific issues through community mapping in order to enhance project success. We undertake such activities on behalf of organizations or project partners with little information or access to the communities in question. Our team utilizes a Participatory Asset Mapping Toolkit which enhances focus on a strengths-based and place-based approach. We believe that community mapping enables our clients to make informed decisions on whether to exploit resources for economic gain and/or invest in social programs that develop the communities involved in the process.
